Project Site Investigation Phase
Our involvement begins early, during the investigation phase. We coordinate site access and safety documentation, facilitate inspections, and manage daily reporting. We also conduct clientside inductions and oversee contractor activities on-site. These services identify and mitigate early-stage risks to set a strong foundation for your project.
Pre-Construction Phase
We provide expert advice and thorough reviews during pre-construction, supporting areas such as tender evaluation, design review, constructability analysis, safety in design (HAZOP and CHAIR), environmental considerations, quality management, and risk assessment. By assessing technical documents and work methodologies, we ensure your project is set up for success from
day one.
Construction and Commissioning Phases
During execution, we offer extensive on-site and off-site support, including:
Management Plan Reviews:
- Review the Principal Contractor’s Environmental Management Plan and Construction Environmental Management Plans.
- Review the WHS Management Plan, including high-risk work and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).
- Review the Quality Management Plan, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and Inspection and Test Records (ITRs).
- Participate in overall project risk management.
Stakeholder Coordination and Site Access:
- Coordinate and maintain ongoing communication with all site stakeholders
- Act as the intermediary between the client’s third-party representatives and the Principal Contractor.
- Present client-side, site-specific inductions.
On-Site Representation and Interface:
- Act as the formal interface with the Principal Contractor for day-to-day construction activities.
- Conduct surveillance of site works to ensure compliance with contract requirements and management plans.
- Maintain accurate, comprehensive daily records of site activities.
Compliance Inspections and Audits:
- Participate in environmental, WHS, and quality inspections and audits.
- Report on Principal Contractor’s compliance with project-specific management plans.
- Monitor and report progress against the construction programme.
Commissioning and Project Close-Out:
- Conduct surveillance of commissioning activities, including verification of inspections, functional tests, troubleshooting, and defect correction.
- Participate in the project close-out process.
