Lighthouse Project Consulting is a boutique, client-side surveillance management and assurance business based in regional New South Wales. We provide services to the client side of building, construction, utilities, and infrastructure projects.
Meet the Owner
David Woodward, the founder and sole operator of Lighthouse Project Consulting, delivers all services personally. David is diligent and enthusiastic about providing clients with a high standard of construction management and construction surveillance services.
Commencing in the building and construction sectors as a plumber, David’s trade background provided him with a foundational appreciation of construction, complemented by tertiary qualifications up to the master’s level.
Over the years, David has held a broad range of roles and responsibilities. His experience spans a wide variety of projects, including for domestic, commercial, industrial, local, and state government clientele. This diverse exposure has equipped him with an intuitive grasp of construction, which he relies on in the fast-paced environment of project surveillance.
How Lighthouse Project Consulting Began
David transitioned from the contractor side of construction to the client side in 2012. The satisfaction experienced as a client-side representative prompted David to establish Lighthouse Project Consulting in 2015.
Since its inception, Lighthouse Project Consulting has successfully delivered a variety of complex multidisciplinary construction, and civil infrastructure projects on behalf of both government and private clients.
Our Mission
Lighthouse Project Consulting’s approach is to develop a sound, detailed appreciation of the client’s project requirements, including the contract conditions, technical specifications, and management plans, to effectively and efficiently undertake surveillance on behalf of the client side of construction and infrastructure projects.
Our Locations
While Lighthouse Project Consulting is based regionally on the Mid-North Coast of NSW, we provide services to support client projects anywhere in Australia.
